Rights and Legal Terms
Granted Rights:
- Reproduction and Display Rights: Rights to reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the model or artwork.
- Adaptation and Derivative Works: Rights to modify or create derivative works, including translations and adaptations.
Retained Rights:
- Studio ONI retains rights to showcase the work in its portfolio.
- Redistribution and resale rights are not transferred.
Moral Rights:
- Studio ONI reserves the right to object to malicious modifications or misuse.
Copyright Disclaimer:
- All designs remain exclusive to their intended purpose and may not be reused for other projects or characters.
Additional Notes
- Non-disclosure requests can be accommodated upon discussion.

Cancellation Policy
